Do you often wonder if you're on the right track? Do you often get in a good rhythm only to find yourself off track and wondering WTH happened? Where did I go wrong or fall off the wagon?
I wrote this check list for my online support group on our themed Wellness Wednesday. They loved it and I wanted to share it with you, too.
I know how difficult it can be to balance a full, busy life and schedule while not only meeting your family's needs, but YOUR needs. So here is my gift to you!
Here's my MIND-BODY-SPIRIT WELLNESS TO-DO LIST:
#1 Did you drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily? #2 Did you move at least 30 minutes 2-3 x so far this week? #3 Did you get a great night's sleep? (many don't realize how important this one is) #4 Did you eat clean (lean protein, fresh veg, little low sugar fruits, raw nuts/seeds, healthy fats) #5 Did you connect to your higher self? Meditation, journal writing, setting intentions. #6 Did you feed your soul by being creative this week? #7 Did you express gratitude for all you appreciate in your life daily? #8 Did you express appreciation for all human beings and show unconditional love by releasing judgment of self and others? Yes, even the perceived pain in the ass, the rude people, the unruly, the unclean, etc. We are all worthy of love and have purpose. #9 Did you do something quite lovely and loving for you? Epsom salt/essential oil bath, dry brush, tongue clean, massage, Reiki, reading, etc. #10 Did you celebrate YOU yet? Light a candle, pour a glass of wine (or cider, or sparkling water, whatever your passion is), take a deep breathe and be thankful for you. ALL of you. The light side we love to show to the world and the dark side, the one we like to hide from others and ourselves. Embrace her, celebrate her. All of her. She is love, light and deserving.
