I want to invite you to join my online Facebook group! I used to keep this group private and secret and exclusive, but what I found was that it wasn't serving my tribe in the way I had envisioned it to. So I revamped. And I opened it up to anyone interested in the same things that I am and need some extra love and support to get through life. Let's face it, the road to wellness can sometimes be lonely in a world of sedentary, overwhelmed, junk food sugar addicts. It's easy to lose focus and be tempted by the SAD or to skip a workout. Do you have a spiritual side? A soulful practice that is perhaps out of the ordinary? Me, too!
I got off track.... I love feeding my soul in various ways and listening to what it needs. I'm intuitive, empathic and into things like crystals, oracle, tarot, Reiki, and listening to my angels and spirit guide. This isn't the whole of what my group is about, but you can bet your sweet muffin top that it will be mentioned.

Wednesday Wellness: What are you doing to create more wellness in your life? What do you need support around? Post what's on your plate, what your fitness routine or movement of the day is. What's your favorite healthy meal? What do you need more of? Let's share and discuss all things wellness.
Thursday Celebrations: Woohoo! What's going well for you this day, this week? Share it. Toot your horn and be proud. Let the rest of the group send virtual high fives. Your victory inspires others and helps other reach goals. Let us all join in the victory dance!
Friday Fun Day: What trips your trigger? What gets you all kinds of excited about your life? What's your obsession of the moment? I might post up some crystal healing info, something detox (I'm all about the magic of detox!), share a meditation, or maybe a challenge. Let's make this fun. Fill this theme with positive love and light and raise the energy vibration so that everyone walks away feelin' groovy with a smile on their face.
Saturday Self Acceptance: Let's celebrate our flaws. What needs to be forgiven in your life in order for you to move forward? What do you love about YOU? What sets you apart? How can your struggle be a gift? This is the day to lift others up and to embrace our inner goddess in all her imperfections.
Sunday Soul Food: I love this phrase! At IIN I was taught about primary food. This is all the things in our life that feeds us that is not food. I like to call this soul food. What feeds your soul? Tell us and inspire others to take more time for soulful practices. <3
